My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the location is absolutely perfect, right by the sea and near all the attractions in Alexandria. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were impressive, but it was hard to overlook the unfriendly service I experienced. While the dining options were okay, they lacked variety. Overall, it's a decent place but not without its flaws.

The hotel has a prime location near the city center and just steps away from the sea, making it a perfect base for exploring. However, the service left much to be desired, with some rude staff and overcharging issues. The rooms are nice but show some signs of age, and there were cleanliness concerns in the dining area.
